Cancellation Policy

You can cancel a service order by emailing contact@quickstartfilings.com or calling +91 74163 85533 with your order ID. Cancellations must be requested in writing (email or WhatsApp message to our official number).

If you cancel before the assigned professional has commenced work (i.e., no documents have been filed or submitted to any government portal), you are entitled to a full refund of professional fees. Government fees, if already paid, are non-refundable as per our Refund Policy.

If work has already commenced (documents submitted, forms filed, or professional time invested), cancellation will result in a partial refund at the discretion of QuickStart Filings Private Limited, based on the percentage of work completed. The cancellation fee will be proportional to the work performed.

Government fees already remitted to government portals (MCA, GSTN, Income Tax, Trademark Registry, etc.) are non-refundable regardless of cancellation. If a filing has been submitted but not yet approved, we will attempt to withdraw it, but this is subject to the respective portal's policies.

CA firm subscription plans can be cancelled at any time. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No charges will be applied for the next cycle. Refunds for the current cycle are handled per our Refund Policy.

Orders that remain in "pending payment" status for more than 15 days without payment may be auto-cancelled by the system. No refund is applicable as no payment was received.

QuickStart Filings Private Limited reserves the right to restrict or suspend accounts that repeatedly place and cancel orders with intent to harass or misuse the platform.
